Key Responsibilities
- Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
- Create measurable joint business plans tied to company strategy
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and market analysis
- Implement sales strategies for revenue growth and new opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and manage client support processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
- Track account performance metrics and report to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, National Certificate, or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years experience in key account management (beverage industry preferred)
- Proven track record in strategic account development
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
