Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop strategic account plans aligned with business objectives
  • Create measurable joint business plans tied to company strategy
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews and market analysis
  • Implement sales strategies for revenue growth and new opportunities
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage client support processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams
  • Track account performance metrics and report to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, National Certificate, or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years experience in key account management (beverage industry preferred)
  • Proven track record in strategic account development
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
