Key Requirements
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act, COIDA, UIA, and related regulations
- Proficiency in compliance inspections and incident investigations
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace inspections for regulatory compliance
- Investigate occupational health incidents and complaints
- Monitor adherence to unemployment insurance requirements
- Develop regional inspection plans and statistical reports
- Conduct public awareness campaigns on labor laws
