Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Help provide quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Measure the performance of consultants and contractors in terms of quality and cost.
  • Prepare cost estimates for capital investment projects.
  • Assist in creating enquiry documents.
  • Develop and maintain a cost database.
  • Follow Eskom’s governance and site safety, health, environment, quality (SHERQ) rules.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

  • National Diploma in Building/Construction at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits.

Related Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, cost management, engineering and construction contracts, or project management in the built environment.
