  • Knowledge of Eskom’s processes, procedures, and policies

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, websites, and internet)
  • Research capability
  • Good interpersonal skills; dynamic and energetic
  • Excellent written and oral English communication
  • Negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate comments on proposed governance codes and governance sections in legislation applicable to the Eskom Group
  • Conduct governance research
  • Assist with governance projects, training, and mentoring sessions
  • Monitor governance compliance and awareness
  • Implement an effective quality management system (ISO 9001)
  • Perform ad hoc duties in the Strategic Governance Office

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  • National Diploma in Paralegal Studies or National N Diploma in Legal Secretary at NQF 6 with 240 credits

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in governance, legal, or compliance enforcement
