Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 3-year qualification (360+ credits)
  • Higher National Certificate/National Certificate (NQF level 6)

Experience Requirements:

  • Option 1: 3 years in Client Relationship Management with 1 year supervisory experience
  • Option 2: 5 years in Client Relationship Management
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Employee Benefits knowledge preferred

Locations Available:

Gauteng | Mpumalanga | Northern Cape | Western Cape

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client query resolution within service level agreements
  • Oversee email, web, and postal query responses
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
  • Supervise document administration and scanning processes
  • Produce reports and support audit activities
  • Lead team of 3-5 client service staff members

Team Leadership Duties:

  • Work allocation based on employee skills
  • Performance management and staff development
  • Disciplinary oversight and team communication
