Requirements
- National Senior Certificate plus a B Degree/N Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Administration, Management, Office Management, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience at supervisory level (Level 7/8).
- A driver’s license is required.

Duties
- Manage office logistics for the Programme Manager and oversee the programme’s workflow.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including invitations and RSVPs.
- Serve as the main communication channel between the Programme Manager’s office and other departments or organizations.
- Prepare briefing notes and documents to support the Programme Manager in meetings.
- Support the development and promotion of programmes under the Programme Manager.
- Provide administrative support for programme activities.
- Organize and attend regional meetings as needed.
- Liaise with stakeholders on outstanding information and issues.
- Track due dates for correspondence.
- Prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate budget, procurement, and cash flow projections for the programme.
- Monitor and report on the programme’s financial performance.
- Conduct research and develop policies and strategies to promote the programme.
- Ensure proper document management and correspondence flow in the office.
- Consolidate directors’ reports for monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual programme reports.
- Set up and maintain effective records and document management systems.
- Handle responses to requests for information, including Audit Improvement Plans and Risk Registers.
- Administer office correspondence, documents, and reports, and advise on urgent matters.
- Manage communication and information flow in the office.
- Process subsistence and travel claims, payments, and invoices.
- Manage the budget for the Programme Manager’s office.
- Coordinate and manage projects in the office.
- Supervise staff to ensure effective service delivery.
