Position Overview

We seek an experienced Office Manager to support the Head of Department in coordinating administrative operations and enhancing interdepartmental communication.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6+) in Public Administration/Office Administration
  • 3+ years junior management experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in:
    • Public Service Regulations & PFMA
    • Project Management
    • Report writing & financial management

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative operations for the HOD’s office
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communications
  • Facilitate high-level meetings and prepare documentation
  • Oversee resource allocation and office management
