Position Overview
We seek an experienced Office Manager to support the Head of Department in coordinating administrative operations and enhancing interdepartmental communication.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6+) in Public Administration/Office Administration
- 3+ years junior management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in:
- Public Service Regulations & PFMA
- Project Management
- Report writing & financial management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations for the HOD’s office
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications
- Facilitate high-level meetings and prepare documentation
- Oversee resource allocation and office management
