Essential Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of public service regulations and financial management principles
- Proficiency in administrative processes and document management
- Computer literacy and digital workflow management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage information flow and administrative operations for Deputy Director-General’s office
- Coordinate procurement, asset management, and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with policies and quality standards for all documentation
- Organize meetings, workshops, and official events
- Handle parliamentary queries and correspondence
- Assist with budget planning and human resource coordination
