Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Briardene, Durban North
- Salary Range: R10,000 – R12,000/month (based on experience)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage reception duties and main phone line
- Prepare service quotes and coordinate parts dispatch
- Handle vehicle maintenance scheduling and license renewals
- Maintain office supplies and stock management
- Process invoices and Xero accounting system updates
- Support financial administration and petty cash reconciliation
- Monitor employee attendance and documentation
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong communication abilities (written & verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Xero accounting software experience
- Prior office administration experience
