About the Position

We seek a proactive Office Assistant/Receptionist for a construction industry client. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, requiring 4+ years of administrative experience.

Key Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate
  • 4+ years office administration experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
  • Construction industry experience preferred

Core Responsibilities

Front Office Management

  • Manage reception area and client接待
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle mail and phone communications

Fleet & Facilities

  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and licensing
  • Manage office maintenance and security systems

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Support event planning and coordination
