- Manage internal communication channels
Employee Engagement
- Support HR with staff records and events
- Organize team-building activities and training sessions
- Maintain employee recognition programs
Client & Visitor Services
- Manage front desk operations and communications
- Maintain professional reception area
- Coordinate stakeholder correspondence
Requirements
- Matric/NQF Level 4 certification
- 3+ years executive support experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
- SAP Business One proficiency
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
