– Matric/NQF Level 4 Certificate
– National Diploma in IT or NQF Level 6 equivalent - Experience Required: 3-5 years in HR systems or municipal operations

Key Requirements
- Proven experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
- Working knowledge of Oracle systems
- Proficiency in Org Plus and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational communication skills
- Understanding of municipal governance structures
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement municipal council decisions on organizational structures
- Maintain accurate HR system records and organizational charts
- Prepare structural change reports for management review
- Execute system updates from legal agreements and labor rulings
- Manage HRIS documentation and audit trails
- Provide structural data support to departments
