Core Requirements

  • Grade 12 certification or equivalent
  • Understanding of NPO operations and relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of Public Service Regulations and Batho Pele Principles
  • Familiarity with data protection laws (POPIA/PAIA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to Non-Profit Organizations
  • Address NPO inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
  • Conduct off-site service delivery through outreach programs
