- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Department: Customer Service
Core Requirements
- Grade 12 certification or equivalent
- Understanding of NPO operations and relevant legislation
- Knowledge of Public Service Regulations and Batho Pele Principles
- Familiarity with data protection laws (POPIA/PAIA)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to Non-Profit Organizations
- Address NPO inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Conduct off-site service delivery through outreach programs
