We invite ambitious Richards Bay residents aged 18-28 to join our 12-month skills development program. This internship offers hands-on experience in retail merchandising with mentorship from industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock inventory and product rotation
- Conduct quality checks on displayed merchandise
- Execute merchandising plans according to schedules
- Monitor pricing accuracy and promotional displays
- Report on stock availability and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate activity records
Candidate Requirements:
- NCV Level 4 Certificate (any field)
- N6 TVET Certificate holders needing work experience
- No previous work experience required
- Willingness to learn retail operations
- Must reside in/near Richards Bay
