Job Description

Managed People Solutions offers internship opportunities for young, unemployed TVET students seeking practical workplace experience. Interns will work in a retail store, handling basic merchandising tasks for 12 months. This program is open only to those who have completed their NCV L4 Certificate and live in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify stock for merchandising.
  • Prepare stock requirements.
  • Check product expiry dates, quality on shelves, stock rotation, and price tags.
  • Carry out merchandising activities according to the schedule.
  • Respond to customer complaints, questions, and requests.
  • Share and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
  • Record merchandising activities accurately.
  • Perform store visits as planned.
  • Inform the Regional Sales Manager about out-of-stock items.

Requirements

  • Must be under 28 years old.

NCV L2 – L4 Certificate in:

  • Management
  • Office Administration

Stipend: R3 500

Duration: 12 Months
