Program Overview:

We invite ambitious TVET graduates to join our retail merchandising internship program. This workplace experience is designed for Durban residents holding NCV L4 certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute merchandising plans and stock management
  • Conduct product quality checks and price verification
  • Maintain shelf displays and stock rotation
  • Manage customer feedback and queries
  • Track and report merchandising activities
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages

Candidate Requirements:

  • Under 28 years old
  • Completed NCV Level 2-4 Certificate in:
    • Management
    • Finance
    • Office Administration
    • Information Technology
  • Currently unemployed
  • Resident of Durban metropolitan area
