About the Role:
We seek a dynamic professional to manage national client contracts while providing executive support to the General Manager. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills and client relationship management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Oversee national client contracts and compliance
- Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Analyze contract performance and prepare management reports
- Monitor industry trends to improve service delivery
Executive Support:
- Manage General Manager’s calendar and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items
- Create professional presentations using PowerPoint/Adobe Suite
- Produce marketing materials with Canva/design tools
- Coordinate office logistics and IT support needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years contract management experience
- 3+ years executive support experience
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally
