About the role

We are looking for a Life Claims Graduate Learner to join our Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch Team.

Your Programme

• Soft skills and technical training
• Daily team tasks and deliverables
• Cross‑divisional project teams
• Business projects

Exposure

• Introduction to Life Claims Management
• Working with data
• Training on the reinsurance business and life cycle of insurance products
• Introduction to Treaties
• Basic claims assessment – identifying risk, assessing and documenting

Requirements

• BSc – OT or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
• Driven and passionate
• Teamwork skills
• Knowledge seeker
• Flexible
• Advanced Excel and Access skills
