Position Details

Core Purpose

Provide multidisciplinary engineering support to optimize plant performance and reduce equipment downtime through preventative maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

– Execute breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance programs
– Analyze equipment failures using 5 Why/4M methodologies
– Maintain SAP PM records and BuildApp documentation
– Conduct safety inspections per OHS Act requirements
– Train operational staff on equipment adjustments and basic maintenance
– Support utilities and site services across all plant areas

Essential Requirements

– N3 Mechanical + N3 Electrical/Instrumentation qualification
– 5 years’ experience with Corazza/Benhill machinery maintenance
– Trade certification with 3 years manufacturing experience
– Proficiency in machining/welding (advantageous)
– Valid driver’s license and flexible shift availability
