Position Details

Core Purpose

Utilize multidisciplinary engineering skills to optimize factory performance through equipment maintenance and process improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Implement equipment reliability improvements
• Maintain safety standards and 5S practices
• Complete technical documentation using digital systems
• Train operational staff on equipment handling

Essential Requirements

• Millwright Trade Test certification
• N3 Mechanical/Electrical qualifications (N5 preferred)
• Proven experience with PLC systems and industrial equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills using 5Why/4M methodologies
• Flexibility for shift work and emergency callouts

Critical Skills

• Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting
• SAP PM and maintenance software proficiency
• Safety compliance implementation
• Cross-functional team collaboration
