Key Responsibilities

• Take part in all workplace activities related to your growth.
• Attend and engage in all required training sessions.
• Support customers and your team to maintain strong performance.
• Handle all administrative tasks, including tracking and reporting.
• Work leads effectively to meet sales targets and productivity goals.
• Provide excellent service for customer satisfaction.
• Keep client information confidential and follow guidelines for compliance.
• Meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements: FSCA-approved qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5), product-specific training, class of business training, continuous professional development, and demonstrate honesty and integrity.
• Preference for candidates with an FSCA-approved qualification and RE5 exam.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting (Required)
• National Senior Certificate / Matric (Grade 12) (Required)
