- Monitor and report on organizational performance metrics
- Produce quarterly performance reports and annual reviews
- Conduct program evaluations and impact assessments
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning & performance monitoring
- Proficiency in performance management frameworks
- Knowledge of public sector compliance requirements
- Strong project management capabilities
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
