Position Details

Position Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences or related field
Experience Required: 2-3 years in performance monitoring & evaluation
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive business plans for housing initiatives
  • Manage organizational monitoring/evaluation systems integration
  • Coordinate performance reporting for stakeholders and funders
  • Implement data quality assurance processes
  • Conduct strategic analyses and performance reviews
  • Design information management systems
  • Support policy research and program evaluations
  • Facilitate organizational performance reporting

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven understanding of government planning frameworks
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation & treasury regulations
  • Strong data management and analysis capabilities
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ethical governance practices awareness
