Requirements
- NQF Level 4 Mechanical Fitting & Turning qualification (Trade Tested)
- EC1 driver’s license
- 3 years’ mechanical/electrical repair experience
- Fluency in two local languages (Afrikaans/English/Xhosa)
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
Work Conditions
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Required overtime, standby shifts, and emergency callouts
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical/electrical repairs and component fabrication
- Perform equipment inspections and maintenance
- Supervise team performance and workflow
- Maintain maintenance records and reports
- Coordinate safety compliance and staff training
