Position Summary
Location: South Africa
Experience: 3-5 years in manufacturing
Qualification: Matric + Millwright Trade Certification
Department: Engineering & Technical
Core Responsibilities
- Execute equipment maintenance and operational processes
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead safety compliance and quality assurance initiatives
- Conduct root-cause analysis for equipment optimization
- Manage shutdown maintenance and breakdown resolution
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- Red Seal Millwright certification with mechanical expertise
- 3+ years post-apprenticeship manufacturing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- SAP knowledge (advantageous)
