Introduction

This role provides Human Resources Generalist services and expertise. It involves integrating and implementing human resources policies, processes, and standards across the entire HR value chain within a business unit or area.

Job Description

  • Interpret HR policies and standards to ensure effective delivery of the HR strategy and objectives for the business unit.
  • Ensure compliance with the implementation of HR policies and procedures in the business unit.
  • Lead and direct the HR function to optimize all HR processes and practices in the business unit.
  • Provide integrated HR operational support and services to the business unit.
  • Monitor and improve performance by aligning business unit HR processes with the HR mandate.
  • Manage HR departmental resources, including staffing and finances.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

  • B Degree / B Tech in Human Resources, Social Science, or Behavioural Science at NQF Level 7 with 360 Credits

Related Minimum Experience:

  • Experience in the total Human Resources value chain
  • 7 years
