Role Purpose
Process and verify membership applications while maintaining accurate member records in compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process new memberships and updates
- Apply insurance underwriting rules and waiting periods
- Resolve client queries efficiently
- Manage membership documentation and distribution
- Collaborate on quality control initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English + one South African language
- Strong computer skills (MS Office/365)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
