Position: Medical Officer Grade 3
Location: Mapulaneng Hospital (Ehlanzeni District), Mpumalanga
Employment Type: Full-Time
Field: Medical Practice
Required Qualifications
- MBChB degree registered with HPCSA
- Current HPCSA registration as Medical Practitioner (2025 – Independent Practice)
- Minimum 10 years post-registration experience (South African applicants)
- Minimum 11 years experience for foreign-qualified practitioners
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology, Neurosurgery, or related specialties
- Strong clinical assessment and ethical decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of current health regulations and policies
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient care in level 2/3 facility
- Develop and implement medical protocols
- Participate in training programs and clinical audits
- Maintain high standards of emergency medical response
