Position Details

  • Experience: 5+ years in mechanical systems (pump stations/WWTWs/water metering)
  • Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
  • Software Skills: AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Techno CAD
  • License: Valid Code B Driver’s License + Own Transport

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple infrastructure projects from design to completion
  • Conduct site assessments and develop engineering solutions
  • Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Oversee contractor compliance with project specifications
  • Coordinate project stakeholders and ensure timeline adherence
  • Mentor junior staff and engineering trainees

Project Management Requirements

  • Experience with SANS1200 standards and CIDB regulations
  • Proficiency in creating tender documents and BOQs
  • Risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Asset capitalization and final project documentation
