Position Details:
Location: Lovedale, Eastern Cape
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 2-5 years
Education Requirement: Matric Certificate

Essential Requirements:
- Grade 12 certification
- Boilermaking training with welding proficiency
- Practical experience with rolling stock maintenance
- Knowledge of rail vehicle re-railing techniques
Advantageous Qualifications:
- Wagon Examiner Certification
- Basic Rigging/Forklift/Overhead Crane Training
- Familiarity with RSR, SANS 3000 & TFR standards
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct rolling stock inspections and maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Execute major repair operations (Light/Heavy lift)
- Participate in workplace safety initiatives
- Willingness to train as certified Wagon Examiner
