About the Role:

We seek a skilled Mechanical Assistant for maintenance of poultry processing equipment. This position requires technical aptitude and flexibility for shift work.

Minimum Requirements:

• N2 Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Mechanical maintenance experience (poultry/rendering equipment preferred)
• Computer literacy
• Fluency in English + one official language
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime/weekends/public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns
• Install processing machinery
• Maintain HACCP standards
• Ensure workshop cleanliness/safety
