Job Description
As a Mechanical Artisan: Fitter, you will perform all mechanical maintenance and repairs on grain silo plant components and other related grain handling machinery. Your goal is to ensure maximum operational efficiency and availability of the facility. You must also comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, installation, and construction of grain handling plant components
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems
- Employee management
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Fitter
- Red Seal Trade qualification
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent will be preferred
