Description

  • To perform all mechanical maintenance and repairs on grain silo plant components and related grain handling machinery. This ensures maximum operational efficiency and availability of the facility, while complying with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations.
  • Duties include: Maintenance, installation, and construction of grain handling plant components; troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning systems; and employee management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Fitter.
  • Red Seal Trade qualification.
  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent will be an advantage.
