Core Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Ensure compliance with operational standards
- Conduct daily opening/closing inspections
- Manage stock control and ordering procedures
- Oversee financial processes including cash handling
Team Leadership
- Coach and develop staff members

- Conduct weekly performance evaluations
Customer Experience
