Position: Administrative Assistant (Fuel Division)
Location: Gauteng
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience: 3-5 years fuel industry experience
Education: Matric (required), Administration Diploma preferred
Core Responsibilities:
Operations Administration
- Manage daily sales transactions and accounting system updates
- Process supplier payments and resolve operational queries
- Maintain stock control standards (3% variance limit)
- Oversee payroll administration and attendance tracking
Financial Control
- Reconcile cash, card transactions, and customer accounts
- Process supplier invoices within 7-day timeframe
- Manage petty cash and fuel stock reconciliation
- Complete monthly financial reporting
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven supervisory experience in fuel retail
- Strong numerical reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in accounting software
