Position Overview:
We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support campaign execution and operational workflows for the Poetry brand. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track marketing budgets and manage invoice processing
• Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate deadlines
• Update in-store digital displays and promotional materials
• Support event logistics including product sourcing and stock coordination
• Liaise with mall marketing partners for campaign alignment
• Assist production teams with shoot preparations and sample management

Essential Requirements:

• Completed diploma/degree in Marketing or related field
• 1-2 years’ experience in retail or marketing environments
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
