Required Qualifications: Matric Certificate (Essential). Bachelor’s Degree/National Certificate (Recommended).

Experience: 1-2 years in administration (Sales experience advantageous).

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Field: Administration / Sales / Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration:

  • Manage accurate data entry for student applications, leads, and reports using STASY systems.
  • Maintain stock of marketing materials and ensure interview rooms are fully equipped.
  • Collaborate with the Student Recruitment team to verify database accuracy.

General Support:

  • Assist in organizing events like open days and career fairs.
  • Support student recruitment through database calls and applicant follow-ups.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment.
