Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Process media partnership bookings and campaign documentation
• Create detailed post-campaign analysis reports

Event Coordination:

• Support brand activations at YFM events
• Coordinate logistics with vendors and internal teams

Operational Support:

• Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines
• Manage brand collateral inventory and distribution
• Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Communications essential
• 1+ years operational marketing experience
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in campaign reporting and documentation
