Position Summary

Role: Marketing Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Experience: 1-2 years in retail
Education: Marketing Degree/Diploma or National Certificate

Core Responsibilities

  • ✓ Manage financial processes: invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting
  • ✓ Coordinate marketing campaigns and event logistics
  • ✓ Conduct competitor analysis and trend research
  • ✓ Oversee in-store promotional materials and digital displays
  • ✓ Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines
  • ✓ Facilitate partnerships with shopping center marketing teams

Essential Requirements

  • • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • • Excellent communication abilities (written/verbal)
