Position Details

Salary Range: R764,855 – R842,602 per annum

Employment Type: Full-Time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6) in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 4+ years supply chain management experience
  • Municipal Finance Management/CPMD certification
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel proficiency essential)
  • Expertise in MFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, GRAP, and SCM regulations
  • Valid Code 8/B or C driver’s license
  • Proven leadership and strategic decision-making capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient SCM frameworks
  • Oversee tendering processes and contract management
  • Align SCM strategies with legislative requirements
  • Design policies for procurement and supply chain operations
  • Provide guidance to bid committees on compliance matters
  • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
  • Manage team performance and development
