- Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Accounting/Financial Management/Supply Chain Management/Asset Management (NQF Level 7) + Matric
- Experience Required: 10 years in municipal supply chain & asset management (4+ years supervisory role)
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

- Proven track record in municipal financial systems management
- Expertise in supply chain regulations and compliance
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of asset management principles
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and accounting systems
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement to delivery)
- Implement asset management strategies for optimal resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with municipal finance regulations
- Coordinate internal/external audit processes
- Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies
