Key Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Policing, or related field (NQF Level 7)
- 5 years’ supervisory experience in security operations
- Firearm competency certificate
- National Key Point certification
- Valid driver’s license

- Manage security service providers and emergency response
- Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis
- Oversee access control systems and surveillance
- Coordinate staff vetting processes
- Manage security budget and reporting
