Requirements

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems or a related Engineering field
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing a complex public transport system and technical projects
  • Good knowledge of local government laws
  • Strong skills in communication, report writing, and financial management
  • Understanding of local government policies and procedures
  • A valid driver’s license
