Core Requirements
- Proven track record in large-scale project implementation
- Expertise in stage-gate governance and portfolio monitoring
- Advanced skills in MS Project/Excel (SAP/PowerBI advantageous)
- Strong contract management capabilities
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8)
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee city-wide project portfolio execution
- Implement quality assurance processes
- Lead cross-departmental performance reviews
- Manage contract lifecycle compliance
- Drive adoption of PM best practices
