Position Details:
Salary Range: R660,072 – R856,716 annually

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Public Management, Administration, Law, or related field
- 4-5 years supervisory experience in municipal administration/strategic management
- Proven experience managing council committees
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
- Computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning and policy development for municipal operations
- Coordinate council committee activities and decision-making processes
- Advise the Municipal Manager on governance and compliance matters
- Monitor implementation of council resolutions and policies
- Oversee councilor induction programs and ethical compliance
- Manage internal/external communications for the Municipal Manager’s office
- Coordinate interdepartmental programs and strategic initiatives
- Administrate office budgeting and financial management
