Essential Requirements
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing (R425 Accredited) with active SANC registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Sciences/Public Health (Preferred)
- 10+ years clinical nursing experience post-registration
- 5+ years managerial experience in public health sector
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of national healthcare policies
- Manage quality assurance for PHC facilities and mobile clinics
- Coordinate health system strengthening programs across 5 key areas
- Supervise partnerships with health service NGOs
- Maintain professional nursing standards and clinic governance
