Company Overview

SAMRO administers music performing rights on behalf of members by licensing music users (TV/radio stations, venues, retailers, etc.) and distributing collected royalties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing/communications strategies
  • Manage brand positioning through PR, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, and social media management
  • Lead team performance and manage departmental budgets
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and governance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams on awareness initiatives

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience:

  • 3+ years management experience in marketing/communications
  • Proven success in strategic branding and media relations
  • Digital marketing expertise including podcast management
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Skills:

  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Budget management experience
