Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor of Law (NQF 7)
- Experience: 8-10 years litigation experience with 3-4 years in legal staff management
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
- Special Requirements: Tax law experience and complex litigation management
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of litigation professionals
- Manage personal caseload of complex legal matters
- Oversee strategic implementation of litigation processes
- Coordinate with private counsel on high court matters
- Develop risk management strategies and ensure legal compliance
