Position Overview:

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor of Law (NQF 7)
  • Experience: 8-10 years litigation experience with 3-4 years in legal staff management
  • Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
  • Special Requirements: Tax law experience and complex litigation management

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of litigation professionals
  • Manage personal caseload of complex legal matters
  • Oversee strategic implementation of litigation processes
  • Coordinate with private counsel on high court matters
  • Develop risk management strategies and ensure legal compliance
