Position Details

  • Experience Needed: 5+ years infrastructure project management

Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Built Environment, Commerce, or Human Sciences
  • SACPCMP registration as Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr.CPM)

Core Competencies:

  • Proven leadership in complex project environments
  • Expertise in construction regulations (OHS/ORHVS)
  • Advanced skills in project management tools (SAP, PMBOK, PLCM)
  • Strong financial and contract management capabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder relations
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Oversee project commissioning and handover processes
