Key Requirements:

  • ◼︎ Matric + Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science (NQF 7)
  • ◼︎ 10+ years ICT business applications experience
  • ◼︎ Mandatory ITIL Foundation certification
  • ◼︎ SANS Automotive work exposure required
  • ◼︎ DevOps/ISTQB certifications advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • • Develop ICT application strategies aligned to organizational goals
  • • Manage software standards and application lifecycle
  • • Oversee disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation

Technical Management:

  • • Lead enterprise application development and maintenance
  • • Optimize web applications using best practices
  • • Manage vendor contracts and SLAs

Quality Assurance:

  • • Implement testing frameworks and control processes
  • • Maintain compliance with governance standards
  • • Conduct technology research and innovation
