Key Requirements:
- ◼︎ Matric + Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science (NQF 7)
- ◼︎ 10+ years ICT business applications experience
- ◼︎ Mandatory ITIL Foundation certification
- ◼︎ SANS Automotive work exposure required
- ◼︎ DevOps/ISTQB certifications advantageous
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- • Develop ICT application strategies aligned to organizational goals
- • Manage software standards and application lifecycle
- • Oversee disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation
Technical Management:
- • Lead enterprise application development and maintenance
- • Optimize web applications using best practices
- • Manage vendor contracts and SLAs
Quality Assurance:
- • Implement testing frameworks and control processes
- • Maintain compliance with governance standards
- • Conduct technology research and innovation
